Maurice RZ is a late maturing savoy variety with dark green heads, round shape and densely blistered foliage. Head weights range from 1.2 to 2.5 kg with an ideal volume to weight ratio. The plant is vigorous and remains healthy also during winter cycle. Maurice RZ is usable for fresh market and the freezing industry. It can be harvested into latest season with regional overwintering and is also suitable for storage.
